Maybe start with smaller number of bikes ie: 5 each month, until it starts going well. I think it would bring some traffic back to the page.

Maybe to start it off, yeah until more traffic comes back here. I know they are running a similar deal on FB and it fills up no problem. This site just needs more traffic, which seems to be picking up.
