If someone can help me with the order I will write up a HOW TO DOCUMENT with pictures so it will make it easier on the next person



Here is what I did



1st = I removed all the stock clutch parts and gears

2nd = I installed the large gear next to #11

3rd = I installed the #11 on the back of #12



Question?



Under #13 I installed #10 first, #9, then the lock nut

Then I bent the tab onto the lock nut



On top of #13 I installed #7, put #6 inside #7, and then #5(spring)



If I have installed all of the correctly, where does #9 GO????????

Does it go behind #11(small gear in the picture)?

IT MOST LIKELY GOES BEHIND ONE OF THE GEARS WHEN YOU PULLED OF THE STOCK GEARS ONE OF THE GEARS MIGHT OF HAD ONE STUCK TO IT AND U MIGHT NOT OF NOTICED OR IT COULD BE JUST AN EXTRA ONE THAT GOT SLIPPED IN THE PACKAGE

It's not an extra one, I left the stock one on there. I will got take the stock one off and replace it with the one from the kit.

ive posted diagrams for installation about a week ago on here....maybe a search would help out. and save some bandwidth too.







#9 goes on the left side case cover(when on the bike).....its the seal for the gear shifter. so basically if you didnt put it in...you gotta pull apart the entire clutch again. :?



if your motor is fairly new i wouldnt bother with it...i used my stock one and it works just fine.
