I didnt use any foam .. I made fiberglass panels and glassed them together.

I am planning on building another one over the winter with a larger engine and a few other differences. If I can get a 4 stroke 250/450 injected engine , I will turbocharge it

The stretch on this on is 8"... I have done 4 & 6" in the past. This is my second 8" stretch. I like the look and the stability of the 8"FizzikalJ said:

Here is a side b side photo with the bike next to my wifes race car... The color is real close. I just wish that the camera would show all of the flake in the paint on the bike..

Its actually quite simple for any average welder... Its just 1"x2" square tubing.. Make sure that you gusset the inside of the tubes when doing it. The guy that did it for me is a good friend and he told me last night that he only did it for this bike and doesnt want to do another one.. I have had a few people interested in it..FizzikalJ said:
Also , a KX65 swingarm will bolt right up to the YSR. It gives it almost 3 inches more length.

so the kx65 swingarm will work? i noticed the shock mount is on the bottom for those swingarms, would i just flip the swingarm over and move the chaing guide to the correct side?
any help is greatly appreciated.

Its been years since I used the KX65 arm.. But from what I remember it is a direct bolt on. I will ask another friend that has one on his YSR later today.
