yeah It is more like a atv swingarm. The challenge is that the lower motor mount hooks to the swingarm pivot bolt so you have to stay wider than that motor mount. Basically the frame is wide so the heim joints mount just on the inside of the frame and then the motor mount fits between them. I also have my chain tensioner setup to mount off the swingarm pivot bolt, so there is several things that mount off it. IT all fits up really nicely, just a pain to get everything lined up to get the bolt through.

Since you go a lot going on near the pivot bolt, you might run into issues with the chain slider. I've never seen a ATV swinger tapered like yours, but you might get some ideas if do a Google search on ATV chain sliders.

here are a few more pictures of what I am working on. First is the chain rollers that I setup in order to keep the chain off the swing arm. The second pictures shows my subframe that I finally have how I want it, Now I just have to find someone who can weld aluminum to put it together for me. After that all I have left is to mount the gas tank and I will be ready to take it for a ride.

yeah Think, You made a hell of a set of triples, they really are sweet. I was going to ask you about possibly making me a new axle, how much would it cost? Or I could just send you back that second axle you made me and you could turn it down and re-thread it. Since I switched to the higher end forks they have the smaller hole on one side, The First axle that you sent me fits right but it doesnt have the other end threaded so I am assuming it will slide around once I ride it. Does that make sense? The wheelbase is 43 inches axle to axle

Sketch me up a detailed drawing and I'll make one for you. Or like u said I can just turn down the one u have. What ever u want to do. If I make another I may have to buy some material so just cover that cost and shipping and I can whip one up for you

If you give me your address ill just send this one back to you, that way you wont have to buy any extra material. I will measure it when I get home today, I just need it turned down from 15mm to 12mm and rethreaded. I will get an exact length and measurements to you. Thanks so much

I cannot find anybody who will weld my sub frame up for me. How is it so hard to find a guy who can weld aluminum?
it's not really that hard find ppl to do it. Go to welding schools or really good fab shops like prerunner shops and ect. I know about 3 ppl here in phoniex that I've meant at school or on here.
