As the title stated my 50 is finally done (well for now)! Today the last piece came in the mail!

My all new FAST ACE full dampening rear shock came in!!! It has 2 1/2 more inches of travel then stock, has dampening, preload rings, and has a A6061 full aluminum hard anodized shock body. :)

here is when i was taking the bike apart to take out the stock shock and pop in the new FAST ACE.

so as you gusy recall i put in a 2 bros racing fork kit with GYTR springs, well this shock full leveled out the bike and it sits like it should now. Some new parts i put on are the 2 bros Racing tall seat, rear shock, fork kit, and the 2 bros chain guide, ect....

so here is braking down whats done to the bike.

Chassis/ suspention:

Fast ACE ak22 rear shock

full 2 bros racing privateer fork kit (delron bushings, fork tubes, inserts)

GYTR HD springs

2 bros chain guide

2 bros racing tall seat

GYTR big bar kit

GYTR tripple clamps

GYTR control kit

Motor:

GYTR Big bore kit (84cc)

GYTR HD clutch pack

GYTR INTAKE

i think its a Vm22 Mikuni big bore carb

GYTR HP air filter

GYTR Big bore full exhaust system

GYTR HP oil pump

applied shifter

ect...

Extra:

GYTR Valve cover dress up kit

GYTR cam cover

DVS graphics

and random decals

ect....

so this mini is done for now!!! I know i am missing a few thing else that are done to it, but i now can jump it cause the rear shock wont bottom out on me anymore. My dad is gonna use it as a pit bike at the track as well. anyways sry if i rambled on just pretty stoked is all.

here is some shots i took today:

Very nice build so far YZ, good to see s ttr build around here. How do you like that bike on a track? Seems like it would be a good backyard ripper.

thanks man and yea not to many people seem to build TTR's probably cause the after market part section is smaller, i know TY conway built a sick one. and actually i havent gotten this to the track yet, i should be hitting a track this weekend so i will let ya know then, i have mainly been trying to get the suspention setup for adults and stuff, and now it is so i am really excited. :D I rode it on a small home made track i built with the stock suspention and it did well, it felt really nimble and easy to turn.

Yeah definitely keep the thread updated. Hows that 84 rip? Ive always wanted to build up a ttr50 for a stocker.

the 84 kicks butt in my opinion, it pops wheelies in second or first gear all day long, and just like the reviews say from a stock TTR50 it doubles if not more the power every where. Really fun i think and a tall seat is a must! But i will definatley keep you updated. Also would my bike be considered a mod or stock and mod? :)

nice stocker

thanks guys much appreciated and i would love to moto sometime, i cant wait to have this little guy touch the dirt. :D I am hoping to go moto with this one guy on here his name is dave but his user is (DRZ63). so hopefully i can test my bike out this weekend with him, and i will let ya know on the rear shock, i had a GYTR brand new spring for this, but i wanted a longer length shock then stokc to help raise the rear of the bike more since the 2 bros fork kit lifted the front end alot! :D anyways its my first build i am sure this isnt the end of modding this 50 haha.

Any updates on how it rides? I'm thinking about going and picking one up this evening to have as a stocker.

Oh, that's a pretty nice little bike you got there too.

it rides perfect for me! it took me a few rides to get the shock where i wanted it, and i had to take some grease outa the fork tubes cause i put to much in and it made them really really hard! But after i fine tuned all of that i really really am a fan of my modded little TTR, its plenty fast i have only done small jumps but its very stable in the air. I am just overa; very pleased with this build.:D If the price is right MXfreak definatley pick it up if the bike is all sound. I have to get a new rear rim tho, I check my spokes every other ride, and i went for about a 2-3 hour trail ride through alot of rocky terrain, and 3 or 4 of the spokes came loose, and made a soft spot so i bent my rim good:( its cool tho easy fixer just have to get some money. The rim was already slightly bent from the last owners of my TTR cause they were 300 pound big guys hahahah.:p anyways i highly recommend them and thx for the comment MXfreak.

The one I'm picking up this evening I'm getting for $500. I'll probably just put an extra set of tall bars on it that I have laying around and then a tall seat on it and call it done...well maybe later on I'll put a fox float or something on it.
