seen it!!!! old news sorry.

yeah, really. those guys are so easily impressed. it's time for a seriously interesting engine configuration in a monkey-style frame. I'm talking a mini CBX inline six. I'm talking a miniature replica of the Laverda V6. I'm even talking a scale Moto Guzzi 500 V8 monkey. Inline four? Phhsssshhh.

Yeah, these machinist geniuses with their tiny multicylinder engines make me wish I'd applied myself better earlier in life. In truth that monkey 125 four is pretty neat.

How about a radial monkey? or a scale model of BRM's 1.5-liter supercharged V16 in a monkey? Maybe a scale Napier deltic locomotive engine? Might have to stretch the Monkey frame a little this way and that for any of those ideas, though.

As a machinework exercise, and just to hear the actual exhaust sound, this little V12 is pretty cool:

Imagine the crank, rods and valvegear in that thing. Interesting that it's got the pushrods outside the Vee, apparently driven by two cams outboard of the crank on each side?
