SO I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH A GUY ON R&D FOR THIS MINI GP BIKE BAISED IN THE US.. WE HAVE BEEN ( OVER THE PAST FEW ROCKY MTN MINIMOTO ROUNDS) WORKING ON THE CHASSIE AND SUSPENTION AND FINE TUNING THE DETAILS SO IT IS GOING TO WORK VERRRRRRRY WELL OUT OF THE BOX. RIGHT NOW WE ARE JUST DEVLOPING THE "ROLLER" AND ARE IN THE PROCESS OF DEALING WITH A FEW U.S. MOTOR BUILDERS FOR THE POWERPLANT. BUT BASICLY IT TAKES A HORIZONTAL ( HONDA 50 STYLE ) MOTOR. I HAD A 125 4 SPEED MOTOR LAYING AROUND AND THAT IS WHAT IS IN THE BIKE I HAVE AT THE MOMENT, AND ITS A SLOW TURD P.O.S. MOTOR SO I HAVENT RODE IT WITH A 12-14HP MOTOR THAT IS COMPEDITIVE WITH A F2 ( KX65 ) BIKE AND THIS MOTOR IS MAKING AROUND 7-8HP SO I HAVE BEEN RUNNING IT IN THE F1 QUALIFIERS JUST FOR TEST AND TUNE AND TO SEE HOW IT DOES IN A RACE SETTING... BLA BLA BLA LONG STORY SHORT I WANTED TO PUT A FEELER OUT ON THE BIKES, AND SEE IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN A ROLLER CHASSIE TO TOSS A MOTOR OF CHOICE IN. ( FEW OPTIONS ON PRICE DUE TO SHIPPING FULL CRATED BIKE VS SENDING IN CHUNKS AND BEING PUT TOGETHER BUY BUYER )

$2900-3000 UN ASSEMBLED $3300 ASSEMBLED (SHIPPED)... WERE TRYING TO KEEP COST BELOW A NSF/NSR COST NEW WITH MOTORS ( TYPICAL 140 AHP/TBOLT MOTOR RUNS AROUND 800-1000 BUCKS AND A NSF WAS 4500 NEW ) THE COMPONENTS ON THIS ARE FAR BETTER THAN NSR/NSF STUFF SO THATS WHERE WE ARE AT ... STREET VERSION WILL BE COMPARABLE BUT NOT QUITE AS HIGH END STUFF AS RACE VERSION ... BUT WERE WORKING ON IT TO BE CLOSE IN COST ...

A FEW SPECS ON THE CHASSIE

FULLY ADJT. TRIPPLE CLICKER REAR SHOCK ( SETUP OUT OF BOX FOR 160-200 LBS )
FULLY ADJST. FRONT FORKS ( PRELOAD REBOUND AND COMP)
DUEL FULL FLOATING WAVE FRONT ROTORS W/ RADIAL MOUNT CALIPERS
12X2.5 & 12X2.75 MAG WHEELS
CST SOFT SLICKS
CLIP ONS W/ STANDARD REPLACABLE BARS
AXLE SPOOLS FRONT AND REAR
BRAIDED BRAKE LINES
HYPER PRO STYLE STEERING DAMPER
1098 REPLICA RACE BODYWORK
ROLLER COMES W/ EXHAUST ( UNDER SEAT )

EVERY REPLACEMENT PART IS AVAILABLE ( SPARES AND BODYWORK AND WHAT NOT )

OUR FACTORY HAS BEEN PUMPING OUT PARTS AND WE GOT A HAND FULL OF BIKES READY TO BE PUT TOGETHER ( HERE IN GOOD OL U.S.A BY REAL MECHANICS ) SO THEY WONT BE JANKY LIKE THE CHINA CRAP OUT THERE .

I HAVE RODE THE CRAP OUT OF THIS ONE AND I MUST SAY IM SUPER IMPRESSED ( I ALSO OWN A NSF100 AND A KX65 MINI MOTO AND HAVE RODE EVERYTHING FROM 150R TO KTM65 TO RS125 AND UP TO 600-1000 SUPERBIKES )
THE SUSPENTION IS AWESOME THE GEOMERTY IS NEER PERFECT AND TH ERGOS ARE QUITE A BIT BETTER THAN THE TINY LIL NSF, ITS A LITTLE BIGGER. I WAS JUMPING BACK AND FORTH FROM MY NSF AND IT FELT KINDA CRAMPED COMPAIRED TO THE PROTO AND THE CST SLICKS WERE WAY MORE GRIPPY THAN THE TT92S..

ALL THE PART ARE VERY HIGH QUALITY AND RE-BUILDABLE ( SHOCK FORKS MASTER ECT ) AND WE ARE WORKING ON DIFFERENT SPRING FOR FORKS AND SHOCK ALSO ..

ANY WAY POST UP WHAT YA THINK AND ANY QUESTIONS AND ILL TRY AND ANSWER THEM BEST I CAN ... ( YES THERE IS A STREET VERSION COMING SOON BUT DUE TO E.P.A. AND D.O.T. ISSUES WE ARE CONCENTRATING ON THE RACE KITS FIRST THEN DEVELOPING THE STREET VERSION..

P.S. I CANT SPELL AND MY SPELL CHECK IS NOT WORKIN LOL;)

Damn, that is SWEET !!! Radial mounted brakes as well. Super trick. You have done super well there. Should get a decent number of guys racing those things. It would be great to see some development like this again for the moto x minis !!

As a guy who races against the hammer (well - I tend to see him at the start and when he laps me!) I can tell you all this Mini GP is pretty badd-a$$!! And while his test bike may have a turd motor - he's mopping up on it regardless - but he could likely ride a small goat and win. Even tho I love the low budget (for me) racing in mini's - this is one that has me thinking seriously about another mini in the stable! Rock on Hammer!

What the heck!! That bike looks awesome! Do you have a contact number? I'd like to talk to you about the bike. --L*64

Tony, you need to get your NSF finished 1st before you even think about buying another bike! Plus, you haven't showed up to an event in over a year! We have a new guy on a true NSF that isn't afraid to RACE it.. Sweeping the field.. Better show up and see if you can beat him

roller is right at 3k

suspention is a ohlins knock off but i have been workin with the factory to fix issues we had and make them rebuildable

the current motor mount layout is setup for a horizontal motors but there is plenty of room for whatever motor you could stuff in there

web site will have full parts acess and tires ect ...

my email is [email protected]

as of now im workin on gettin a handfull of parts to build some but i need to get an idea on intrest because it is kinda exspensive to ship alot of this stuff and i want to guage how many i should build ect....

workin with some big names on maybe a national ( follow ama or something ) and run a spec class with a bunch of the same bike and basicly you get a random one that you can tune suspention and geometry and setting but leave motor all the same , try and get some of the pro to jump on one for spec class . who knows. at a local kart track or maybe a infields of larger tracks .or maybe do a simalar thing at like miller kart track during the wsb races.kind like they do with the celeb kart race. still tossing around ideas ... but slso doin a street version for scooter doods ..

its kinda a huge investment and as of now i was gonna find a few guys that want some rollers for a low cost and start to get them out racing in clubs. i think if we are sending them with motors some people will want to change them to be specific for a class and i think the idea of race ready rollers with a ton of options from ahp or tbolt or whoever fits your fancy will work better until we start the spec idea but the roller would always be avl....

Brian-- A good part of my bike has been in Cali since October. Not much I can do until it's finished. I'm not afraid to race it-- I just don't like it much in it's stock form. I ride and race dirt bikes weekly-- so I ride just as much as ever, just not on pavement. Where I live, we have a bunch of MX tracks. The one spot is 15 minutes up the road from my house, and it has one of the sweetest pit bike tracks anywhere. So I ride there every Thursday night

Hammer-- I was talking to a guy about doing a similar frame to what you have right there. We talked about running a new NSF250R tank and tail, with stock NSF100 bodywork, wheels, wiring, front end, swinger, brakes, exhuast, engine-- etc... Basically, it would upgrade the frame, (and make the shock longer, for better action) The upgrades would make it so an adult could fit on the bike comfortably, but still make it so most of the parts other than the frame and shock would be available through the dealer or aftermarket. I was thinking I'd have Penske whip up a custom shock for the bike like they did with my Metrakit. It was a $500 shock, and it worked great. You think whoever did your frame could help me with my own project?

I'm working with my NSF now. I have Settin' Trendz working on converting an NSR50 frame to run an RS125 tail-- and hold an XR100 motor. Due to setbacks with surgeries on Adam's two broken legs-- the project is stagnant. --L*64
