why not just buy an x4 for an extra couple hundred and get the motor and support? pitster has x4 blowout deals going on right now.

i'm looking for something to put my honda motor in instead of paying 1k plus for zokes.
you can put a honda motor in a X4 dude,. the yx has crf based cases. buy the X4 and sell the motor out of it for like 450 bucks and call it a day
I bought one and they are excellent. It came with everything, even comes with an exhaust that will work with your honda motor. All you would need to do is put it together and put your motor in. It comes with wiring also but not sure if that is compatible with a honda engine

Say what you want to say but they are the exact same bikes pitster offers except for elka and zoke upgrades. Who needs phone service when you have PM. And i have also bought a lot of parts from pitster but you all act stupid sometimes about these pitsters. If you re putting the bike together yourself you should not need any help its pretty much common knowledge. Most of the technical helped that is asked about is the engine tuning and he is putting in a factory honda engine

I was wondering how the bikes were myself. I'm on an extremely tight budget and, I too am condsidering the medina bikes.

The guy asked a question about a roller and all you can say is buy a Pister. get over yourself and either just answer the guy original question or stop posting your Pitster hype. The bikes are great bikes. I wieght 212 and beat the crap out of mine. Mine was a gen 1 roller with the fast ace suspension. The forks are great but the rear shock was 2 stiff for me so I swiched it with an elka. I have not broke anything on the bike. You will have to put a rimlock on though. I am looking at getting another one just because they are fun projects.

bikes are great. bob and john do a great job and they are here to help people on a budget. they give people the chance to ride with out spending 1800.00 on a bike. they are the same stuff that those sticker bikes are. same factory and everything. just without the brand name. if you need parts john or bob will get them for you. they are people persons and they are not out here trying to make a quick buck. they are here to help the people who do NOT HAVE UNLIMITED bank accounts get a bike that is reliable and alot of fun to ride. they are great bikes. all you need to do is buy some graphics. thats it. great company i give them so much credit. they helped me with saving money.

They are very solid,they come from the same manufacture that the 07 pitsters did,and that ogm and motovert uses now.
As far as what the mafia said,you can buy parts for the bike from
SSR,motovert,pitster,medina.
also I know someone with a 07 X4 with a 124 jailing motor that has never been ridden.
He bought it for his son and his kid started screwing up in school so he never got to ride it.
the pitsters are great bikes its just pitster is now a name brand and thats what you pay for. they are the exact same bikes and if you wanna pay an extra 700 dollars for a graphics kit and a brand name go ahead. same support at medina. its not an ebay company. they do great support and even if some wierd reason they do not you always have pitster to help since its the same bike. the pitster website sells alll the parts you could ever need but that wont matter the medina guys will take care of you like they have with me.
If you are on a budget why not look for something locally? Like a 50 or 110? You can find one all day on craigslist, plus you can go see the bike in person and know what are getting. Oh and all the bickering is getting old holy sh!t!

you tell me then, you got one product and could buy it from 2 different people who you gonna buy from the guy who just wants to sell sell sell or the guy who is trying to better the sport? it is in this guys best interest to buy this roller from pitster thats all i'm saying. i'm not purposely bashing i'm trying to help a guy out. there's a reason why pitster has such a loyal following. buy one and you'll see why.
