I just finished the install of the Piranha 90cc kit with the 19mm carb from TBolt USA and I am using the tb parts rotating spacer, in my z50 k2 and started her up. As you can hear in the video, I have what I describe as a chirp coming from the area of the base of the manifold, which I believe is an intake leak.

I am not sure if the spacer or the manifold itself is the culprit. Anybody have any suggestions to to stop the leak?

Somebody on Lil Honda forum suggested I take the rotating spacer off and give it a try and it worked!

Yep. Those cheap o rings don't work. Use a real gasket instead. Won't idle either I'm sure.

The adjustable spacer uses 2 paper gaskets on each side but apparently the adjustable spacer didn't seat properly on the head causing the leak.
