Define 'fully auto'. There are 'semi' auto motors out there that require the rider to initiate gear changes, but not deal with the clutch. There are a couple 2 speed fully autos out there, but I think they're 50cc and won't hold up to much modding.
There a are several 110cc fully auto atv engines.

Heres one on ebay... I just did a simple search for

110cc atv engine.

I'm sure with a little effort you can get some sort of centrifugal clutch or snowmobile type CVT clutch on there. It would take some thinking though.
There are tons of 110cc full auto engines out there.

The x22 pocket bikes use them.
I have a Chinese quad with an auto tranny but the bottom end is MASSIVE. If the Gyro mounts are anything like a normal 50 mount you would have to fab for sure. Cool ideal and I have always wanted a Gyro.
Gyro uses the little honda spree type engine. The little 49cc 2stroke deal. It's probably gonna take some ingenuity, but would be badass if done!

It'll take A LOT of ingenuity to make one of these motors work in a Gyro. Good idea though if you can pull it off.
thanks everyone for the info;)

whats a gyro?
Could be:

A:

Gyros or gyro (giros) (pronounced /ˈjɪəroʊ/ or /ˈdʒaɪroʊ/, Greek: γύρος "turn") is a Greek dish consisting of meat (typically lamb and/or beef), tomato, onion, and tzatziki sauce, and is served with pita bread.

or B:

couldn't you use a shifter cabal then, like in a car?
doesn't that one guy with huge honda collection you know the special edition monkeys and the honda cuby have a gyro?
