I am trying to find an elka or Ohlins 295mm rear shock like you used to be able to get for the mx style crf50 swingarms.
Are there any out there?
Did that size just die, or have my google skills faded, lol

Hoping to get my frame soon, ended up just going with the DNM hornet shock... couldn't find what I wanted.
Sad that market has shrunk, I wish the mini craze comes back and we see the support we used too.,,

Anyway, there will be a good thread once I get my frame in hand...

Pretty excited, lol. Never did find a shock so went with DNM LOKO offers.
Hoping to lay it all out soon and decide what I am going to powder coat.
I am leaning towards ultra illusion green powder coat for the frame.

I used 4 bolts if the same size to mount the dog cage. Didn't take a pic before mounting. They barely protrude the flywheel.

I tapped two holes. Drilled and tap the other two.

That is an unobtainable flywheel cage, old school spangler. Best bet is to get a trx90 one and grind to fit.

It has the decomp and I have heard not bad, with the proper technique.
But honestly I have only ever had 88TB race head, 108TB race head and a couple 117tb race heads.
All V1 heads, so this will be a bit of a learning experience.
Esp, if I try and run my 26MM Yoshimura flatside carb...

I won't know until I am ready to run it.
Should have it in a week or so, another week or so at the powder coat shop.
I mean, could have it together in a month could take 3..
Really depends on work right now, lol.
