Back from Vegas

Well its me the gimp back from Las Vegas with manyt stories but little time to tell them all.. I'm not even for absolute sure of all the results but Tommy Hoffmaster of all people took the gold in the modified pro 50 class followed by Mc and then Guy Cooper... I believe MC took the mid sized and the 150 class.... Man that guy moves... There were some fast guys there from Classic Honda too... The guys that came from Hawaii were moving out also.. It was just such a good time but they really have a lot of work to do for next year... Don't worry though because it will only get better.. Well that was a long motor home trip and I have to shower so talk to you all soon.. Oh yea if any of ya'll talked to me down there mail me..
I drove 1250 miles to get to Las Vegas to race against the best riders in the buisness, and I don't think it is very fair that a select few riders did not have to qualify. But even though I can assure you that MC or Hoffmaster are faster than me, alot of that Vegas race was decided in the start. With 20 or more bikes in a race even some of the fastest riders did not qualify to race the main event due to bad starts. There was approximatly 70 riders signed up before the event and atleast 15-20 more signed up at the show for the 50 pro class so if my calculations are right about 65-70 riders didn't make the show. As for me....5th in my qualifier (4 transfer to main event) and 3rd in the last chance qualifier (2 transfer) Even though I am a little bit bitter, I had a great time and would do it all over again!!! Special thanks to all the guys at BBR for getting me my new perimiter frame ready so I could give it my best shot! #504 50 pro mod
