I did a search for this but couldn't find the answer. What year ktm65 forks did not work as well on a 110? I thought someone said a certain year was a little longer on something. Can some one help me out with this. Oh yeah, are they woth all the effort to put on my 110.

Yes and you cant beat the brakes either,they work beter than any aftermarket set up/

the 02 and 03 ktm65sx forks have brembo brakes- they are awesome! 04 and newer are formula brakes that are close copies of the brembos- they also work great.

I got 03 ktm65 forks and tripples but no wheel or brakes yet. Will 02 and up fit?

yes, just make sure that if your piecing the bike togather, you get the right master cylinder for the calipers. 02/03 calipers will not work with the brake line from 04 or newer master cylinder.

you can put the brembo brakes or formula brake set-up on any 02 or newer 65sx fork. i pieced my 2nd set of forks togather and have 04 forks w/ the 02 brembo brake set-up. the formula master cylinder looks different than the brembo. if you have brembo written on your master cylinder cover, you have brembo brakes, despite what year forks you got. i dont think that ktm went back to brembos in 05, but i guess i could be wrong????????????

if anything drill new holes in the klx fender, id rock a ktm fender though.

it doesn't fit as it is. new holes or ktm fender is the deal.
