As far as fitting the stock intake-- yes, so if you're doing an aftermarket filter, it will work. I'm pretty sure that it will fit into the stock air box boot too. ---L*64

So a klx110 carb will fit on a klx140? So much trouble finding one..

FWIW, there are 2 genuine Keihin carbs for the 140 on eBay, and 900 Chinese knock-off pieces of crap taking up all the space in between...
