Long story. My kids Klx 110 kickstart was slipping bad. Hard for most to start it. I tried clutch adjustments with the nut on the case. Next replaced the one way bearing. No slip after replacement and nut adjustment on the case. But I’m loosing my mind. Now the auto clutch does not work. Fires up easy, shifts great. When it’s on and warmed up when I go to shift it dies. Auto clutch isn’t working. What did I do wrong and what is it. I’ve already cracked the case again. Looks good. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

It sounds like the adjuster is out to far to engage the clutch. once you the adjustment screw it's hard to get it set just right. you might have to adjust it in 1/8th turn until it works again and if that's to much then back it out at 1/16th turns.
