Yes thats 1 of the things I disaggreed on the Faqs....2004 klx's have black frames....

replacing the engine cover bolts with allen head bolts is a MUST!



Each cover has 9 bolts.



Ignition side has 3 m6x45mm bolts, and 6 m6x25mm bolts



Clutch side has all 9 one size. m6x35mm bolts
