i put mine in, i took it all apart the clutch assembly, and there were 4 to swap with the stock ones. i can tell though , what a help these little beauties are. no more clutch slipping, pops harder, just hold on when you switch gears ! :D

ok damper springs! makes sence now, why isnt there a heavy duty damper spring? that makes 8 springs in a clutch manho. they can all be replaced with stiffer springs to make the clutch even better. boom, done, thats all, see ya later.

Their is no need for HD damper springs. The reason for the HD vclutch springs to to put a more positive pressure on the clutch to prevent clutch slippage. Thats it. Ive seen some crazy explinations for this from time to time.
