just went to start my lxr pushed the decomp in pushed the kickstart down with my foot a few times then i kicked it over to start it and CRUNCH somethings broke inside kicker shaft didnt snap just not it wont go down im getting few up of these bikes now any ideas what it could be i think it maybe the some of the things that are on the shaft dont know what they called

impact driver with proper size phillips bit in it, and there is a tool for both the oil slinger and clutch basket nut. you use a 1/2" impact to get those loose. there is a gear right behind the clutch basket you dont need to disassemble it to check it. if you take the spark plug out you can turn the engine over by hand easier. you have to look at the gear while you turn the engine over. note: there are 2 gears on the back of the clutch basket one that is almost the same diameter as the basket and 1 thats kinda hard to see. the 1 thats hard to see is the 1 you want to check

found out the problem... clutch basket bushes were f**k*d teeth on back were missingthey had gone inside jamed up and cracked the crank casing all the bearings in the crank case are worn and gear box is all worn 4mm play on the gears basically bottom end is ready for the bin ill keep few parts as spares lol

Tell us how many hrs you've had on the bike and how you've been riding it please.

got about 15 hours on it as its been apart more than its been together in a year that ive has it ive ridden it on a flat field for 10 of them hours testing it after its been repaired or when ive added a up grade seeing how it goes and 5 hours racing it local on a grass cross track witch is a small motocross track on a grass field with no jumps... ive had so many problems you wouldnt believe

15 hours?? Really.. My Z155 has been apart since July.......... waiting ohh,, waiting still ... WAIT STILL..waiting ...........on the rest of the DEAL..but I hope to get more than 15 hours out of my "NEW" refurbished z155 after my new Z broke..

yep 15 hrs but 20 hrs pushing it at tops... my engine is in bits i will take pics of the damage soon my engine is in a box in bits... im not rebuilding my z going to buy a new bottom end complete and put all my upgrade parts on it
