Hey man, you Ryon? If so we got your e-mail and replied. You get it? We just moved into our new shop so the network is a little sketchy right now. If you didn't PM me and I will get you taken care of!

Thanks!
My post was in no way badmouthing Ishock or any of its employees at all....Things happen and they are being taken care of.....Thank you all for your time....

Woah, just took a look at this thread again. Did it seem like I was taking offence or seem angry? Sorry if it did. I was just posting to try to help him out.

We were having some network problems and I wasn't sure if he got my responce to his e-mail.

Sorry if for some reason it came out wrong??

Thanks guys, and if you still need help go ahead and drop me a PM.

is it bad to twist the shaft on the LE I shock ? i was trying to adjust the preload with the shock off and i was turning the whole shock, like the compression knob was spinning around and at one point was on the same side as the rebound knob.......

This shouldn't be an issue but to properly adjust the preload and prevent anything from spinning you should always adjust your shock while it is on the bike. This way you can get the shock set up just right for you.
