You are increasing the stroke on the crank. If you need instructions on how to install a stroker crank, then you'd better pay someone to install it for you.
it is a lot harder than changing to bbks or different heads or manual clutches. you have to pull apart the cases to do this and when you put it back together you have to make sure you know eveything is perfect. Good luck to ya
didnt take long at all.... prolly 3hrs but half that time jotting info down and ponderin g over what to do next..... reckon i'll have it back together tonite in less than 2 hrs.....
FYI the twobrothers website has instructions on a) clucth side see manual clutch conversion and b) 3 speed transmission instructions c)HD oil pump instructions
Between the 3 sets of instructions there is everything you need to know.
Doing the manual clucth without any instructions was way harder as i received a bag of bolts and another bag of bits and had to just sit and work it out for myself.
i might get it bk together but you need new bearigs 4 the crank as you can fuck them up as you pull the engine apart and then there is the problem ov makeing sure it is all seled propa eney way good look
