it cant be that bad...... ive managed to change the auto clutch to manual and install BBK and large valved head assembly no problem......



Id just like either an exploded diagram or some kinda of reference to work too....

it is a lot harder than changing to bbks or different heads or manual clutches. you have to pull apart the cases to do this and when you put it back together you have to make sure you know eveything is perfect. Good luck to ya

didnt take long at all.... prolly 3hrs but half that time jotting info down and ponderin g over what to do next..... reckon i'll have it back together tonite in less than 2 hrs.....



FYI the twobrothers website has instructions on a) clucth side see manual clutch conversion and b) 3 speed transmission instructions c)HD oil pump instructions



Between the 3 sets of instructions there is everything you need to know.



Doing the manual clucth without any instructions was way harder as i received a bag of bolts and another bag of bits and had to just sit and work it out for myself.

I dont know, I went and looked at the TwoBros instructions he was talking about and realized, danm these motors are simple.

all back together no problem :)



no major troubles but a few headaches along the way remebereing order of things to go back and checking clearances etc etc. fired up 1st kick....



still need to finish of building the rest of the bike like plastics sump guard etc etc but hopefully will be running it in this evening.
