So I got a new carb, gaskets, etc for my xtreme 125 and it runs great now. The only problem is the idle. I wont idle on its own unless I turn up the idle screw pretty high but after 5 minutes of riding it the idle is then to high. Its almost like it takes the bike 10 minutes to warm up. I know this is a pretty broad statement but does anyone have any ideas. It has the same size jets as the other carb that it replaced. Would the air/ fuel mixture screw have an effect on the idle?

sounds like its too lean on the pilot and its not running correctly till it warms up. turn your fuel screw out on the bottom of the carb like 3 turns from all the way in. If that doesn't help, bump the pilot jet up.
