Does I shock have a warranty for their i shocks. The shiny silver slider part ripped out of the body on mine and i lost all oil.

i think they do... but if not it is $45 for a rebuild

- If you pulled the shock shaft out of the body , it's gonna need alittle more that just a rebuild :wink: .

- They have a warranty on their stuff , but not sure how long from the date of purchase it is good for ..

- Got any pics of the broken shox for us to look at and figure out what went wrong ???

iShock offers a 1 year warranty on any and all manufacturers defects determined as such by the engineers at HydroDynamics USA. In order to submit your shock for warranty, you must call the HydroDynamics service department and request a return authorization. Please be prepared to provide proof of purchase. Installing the shock in any way other than explained and, or any attempt to modify or repair the shock on your own, immediately and without question VOIDS any and all warranty.



Never Attempt to disassemble or rebuild a shock, the contents are under extreme pressure.



Shocks are a high wear component. All shocks need to be rebuilt and/or serviced from time to time. HydroDynamics USA offers a rebuild service at a reasonable rate.



If you feel your shock falls within this realm please send your shock back to HydroDynamics USA with your Proof of Purchase and all return address information in the box.
