HRC cam with stock head?

Do I need a 70cc head or can I get away with using the 70cc rocker arms instead? It is a 75cc bore, UNI filter, Kitaco Rev box, and stock carb.

It will work in the stock head. The TrailBikes head is basically a HRC and the cam I have in it now is the cam I also had in my stock head.
