Have a opportunity to purchase one without front panels. Engine seems to have held coolant. Worst case, bumping it up to 70cc's would be fun! The coolant is probably 2004 vintage. Remaining condition is about 85-87.5%. The seller [neglector] claims it hasn't ran since '06...
How do unwinterized NSR50's handle temps as low as 19 degrees?

If the coolant is conventional antifreeze, you might want to check the water pump assembly, impeller, and seals. The ethylene glycol usually corrodes those parts pretty badly
