This seems to be the common set-ups for most.
Under 125lbs - Only (1) HD spring and (1) stock spring, 165cc of 10wt per leg
125 - 175lbs - Only (1) HD spring and (1) stock spring, 165cc of 20wt per leg
175 - 200lbs - Both HD springs, 165cc of 20wt per leg
200lbs + - Both HD springs, 175cc of 30wt per leg

Adjust with springs and oil wt to get it just right for you.
