thanks. admittedly i dont know very much about bikes. i am very mechanically inclined (used to build VWs) but ive never had bikes so i dont know much about them. for example: i tried to adjust the idle on my bike (it would NOT idle) and was unable to find a fuel screw. i also adjusted the clip on the throttle cable and it idles fine now. i pulled the plug and it was kinda black but couldnt that be from break in? can anyone point me in the direction of a thread with instructions on how to tune a carb? it idles fun now. starts first kick with no choke and purs. just think it might be running a little rich. anyways, sorry to post all this technical stuff in my intro post.
