who should i send my head to be be ported? i have seen heads on ebayhttp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=2488816958&category=34284&sspagename=WDVW , but those are lookin kind of cheap so i think i am gonna just have the stock one ported. in about another month the season is over hear in michigan :cry: so its almost time pull apart the 50.

Ive had so much trouble with that head in your link. I have it and my bikes been overheating nad leaking oil. Then I come to find out that the head is warped and i have to get it milled now. Hopefully that will solve the problem. I would have stuck with my stock ported head if I knew all this was going to happen.

Likewise, I had PRC do the work and it was a huge diff. They ported the head, and lightened the flywheel. I also went with their cam as it was supposed to give me more torque. The work was extremely well done, and you can tell that PRC took their time to do it right. Once you have it the work done, you won't believe the change. Also, the cam really does make a huge difference.
