Go to your local Honda store and tell them you want 4 x 10 tires and tubes. If they don't have them in stock, they can order. There's a bunch of places on the net that sell them also.

I want some 4x10s or bigger. I see a bunch of scooter tires but I need tube types to use with my stock wheels.

You do realize you can run tubes in those scooter tires, correct? You can run tubes in tubeless tires with no issues.

Okay, help me understand this: Is a 4x10 taller than a 3.5x10?
If not, what size is taller but not too wide? I figured a 110/100-10 would be good but there is no such thing.
