I ordered the BVH kit but, of all things missing, I have no head and cam. I had total plans to ride this weekend but, yet again, I guess not.







I'm beyond bummed........................

I told him it wasn't too cool to tell me that I'd have my "kit" by Friday when he knew he didn't have the heads in stock when I talked to him. I also have a Business and would never do that to a customer. I also asked him exactly when I'd have the rest of he kit that is allready 100% paid for.

Yea, I liked him but am a bit suprised he'd do this old trick to me after knowing I haven't had a single ride in over a Month on my bike without problems.

we had the heads when you called

but they ran out before i got a chance to fill your order



we did find another vendor to fill the order and you should see the head by weeks end



i spent close to a 1/2 hour with you on tech info



sorry for the delay

but these special parts run in and out of stock all the time

even the big distributers like tb run out of products



i understand the fustration but i responded to you promptly and im solving the issue



also the carb issues your having kept you from riding all month too

These guys all know of my previos problems and that it had nothing to do with you. As far as the screw up, I can live with it but it is not a good choice to just short me parts that were pre-paid and never call me. I got to find out after planning a time slot to rebuild my bike and go riding. Now, we have two different comments from you....Your E-mail to me said "mid week" but in here your now saying "end of week. Which is it going to be?

Vince is a good person, things happen in life and with our bikes. I have personally learned that dragging these issues into forums solves nothing. Mike is also a good person that expected his parts in one shipment so that he could ride.



Lets quit the finger pointing and next time solve it in private.
