!!frame!!

ok guys i know this has been posted a like 100 times but im am confused. What is a good frame for somewhat cheap($200 or less). I tried to buy a HRC frame but im not going to buy something that is hit or miss, so is there any cheap frames out there that are new or used(i posted in the wanted section)that will hold up to some abuse. Many people say the ebay frame is crap and some people love them. I was also wondering if ssr sells a frame from there 90r bike. They seem to hold up well. Any info please help.
