Not really.Your footpegs will bend in the wrong direction and when they hit something they will bend.Its 4 bolts.Just make it right.

can a bbr footpeg mount be put on backwards or does it work in both directions?

Seriously why would you be to lazy to put in 4 bolts again? It takes less time than coming on here and asking us lol.
