Now we have a problem with the chain, the chain hits the swing arm upper bar! The chain is all aligned and everything. The rear wheel is a kx60 and the sprocket is spaced out. All the parts are brand new also. Is this just a normal thing that people just ignore or do I need to tighten the chain more. I also don't know how tight to run this chain.

That's pretty normal. Don't tighten the chain too much. Check tension throughout the swingarm's travel. It gets tightest when the swinger's parallel to the ground. Set tension based on that. You could also go up in size on your front sprocket to keep it off the swingarm a bit more. (Go up with the rear sprock too, but you'll need a longer chain to do that.) Or get some Delrin strips to mount on top of the swingarm. That stuff never wears out:

very nice bike , you do need a chain roller like All-Balls Chain Roller

you'll have to drill a hole in the frame below the ft swing arm pivot point , and adjust you chain with bike setting on ground , remember chain will have a tight and a lose spot so rotate the chain by pushing the bike forward while watching this will get you ball part then set in your susp sag and your done

who makes the chain? 420 chain? & swing arm upper bar? the part of the swing arm that returns back by the axle blocks?
the round tubing at the rear , mine does that when i change gearing and move the wheel all the way back in the adjustment , shorten chain so the wheel moves forward in the adjustment and it well stop for the most part .

He said the chain hits the upper bar, you could go a tooth down in the front...

Oh right, I was thinking the top of the swingarm...

I run the same gearing with a long travel A-style, and have about 1/4" inch clearance between the top a-hoop & the chain.. The spacing on the rear sprocket is about 3/4" between the edge of the sprock and the inside of the swingarm. Mine maybe hits occasionally while riding, but not much..

The chain doesn't constantly rub on the swing arm, its just when it slops it chews the heck out of it. It just sucks seeing a brand new black swing arm get chewed up right there. I tightened the chain a little bit but i'm going to just run it.

For the rear shock though, How are those race tech shocks for the stock size swing arm? Or would a fox air shock be better. Right now I just have the stocker on to move it around and ride down the street for now.
