I have a Orion X3 that has the perimeter frame. I'm trying to ditch the crappy zong 125 cc and I bought a GPX 160. Got it put in the frame. I did the bend the clutch lever mod.



I need to know what style/kind of exhaust I need to have it bolt up. I know its a klx style head as opposed to the honda style. I bought that adapter kit, doesnt help at all.



Also, The manifold. Can someone send me a link for one that I need or if someone has one for sale. The one that is on the motor angles the carb down and it just leaks out of the over flow.

I cut my intake manifold and TIGed it back together.

I cut and welded my intake but my perimeter frame is aluminum I have never owned a steel perimeter frame. I dont think there is one made for a kawasaki head in a perimeter frame. the exhaust I drilled the mounting holes out to 8mm then cut the end of the header at the an angle so it would fit I also had to bend it a bit

any way you could get me a close up of the manifold you welded? As far as that exhaust goes, any pointers on bending it? It seems like its pretty sturdy, not really sure what I could bend it with.

hope these photos are better. I put my exhaust in my vise and stuck a long pry bar in the opening and started bending. I did not get it all in one try. the first one probally went from the vise to the bike about 25 time. the second one I did a lot faster probally 10 times to the vise. if you bend to much it wont fit so make small adjustment and try it on the bike. good luck
