I'm just putting a marker here for when I get my new motor. It will arrive this Saturday or Monday and be installed immediately on receipt. This will be a full blown TJR Motor at 175cc. Here are the full specs on this motor:



Base Honda Nice motor...all new parts

66mm Crankshaft

58mm bore

5 discs Clutch with Nice spring-loaded basket

TJR-ignition lightened and fine balanced

Lightened Oil Sling

Super Head + R cylinder head modified with 30/25 valves

Ported Head

S25 D camshaft

Static Compression at 11:1

19t custom front sprocket

Kitaco 28mm long intake manifold (have)

Yoshi MJN26 Flatslide Carb (have)

Takegawa hyper CDI (have)

Earl Temp a Cure 10-row oil cooler (have)



TJR has dyno'd the same setup that I have with a 28mm mikuni flatslide and s30 cam has achieved 24hp. I figure I'll lose a little total HP with the 26mm and s25 but I'd prefer crisper throttle and lower torque band so if I make 20 that will be just fine with me. The torque band is amazing...it floats from 13-15 from 3k to 9k with a peak at 7300



Estimated top speed will be about 90mph. Now I need to get my other aux tank hooked up so I can go farther than 60 miles at a clip.

Almost had a ride on a TJR175+R powered monkey last month in Marl, Germany.

for some of us that would atleast give time to work on the bike, with out hearing "take out the trash" "fix the plumbing" etc...:lol:
