elka's are the best made for quads

I must agree. My Elkas worked awesome last season. Im running them this year too when I get my YFZ. Anybody want to buy a 416ex?

Does anybody know if Elka is coming out with a shock for a stock 50 and not the BBR frame. Like a shock that isnt straight up and down. Id be interested.

well judging by your previous posts on the forum i can't say im surprised by your comment  elka can't compare to PEP and AXIS suspension, there unreliable and they can't valve there shocks correctly. i have read and seen to many instances were there valving was the cause of broken ball joints and blown seals. I have seen guys blow out there elkas within 5 min of there first ride. i have done a lot of research as far as quad suspension goes i can paste over 50 threads regaurding problems with elka shocks, you say the word and ill paste em

Almost everybody around here runs Elkas on their quads. I never hear of any problems just one guy had his adjuster knob break off when a rock hit it. Other than that ive never seen anything like in that picture. Oh yeah people that had their stock rear shocks converted to an Elka had problems with them leaking. But an Elka dealer around here gives everybody good deals and nobodies had any problems except for the conversions and the adjuster knob on a guys quad. Oh yeah and im not saying that PEP and Custom Axis are bad because they are also good but I like my Elkas and so do alot of other people I talk too. All shocks have problems. Wait a minute except for Works Performance they're the best.

I can explain why the elka rears leak. When they revalve the stock rear shock they don't hard anodize the shock, if you don't hard ano the oil becomes contaminted and ruins the seals, so your brand new rebulit shock has contaminated oil...

hey live glad to hear the filters good 8)
