OK guys I bought a shock off PM and.....

The bottom o-ring was broke in two...so I tore it apart and now I am going to use it...It has been in a box for 3 months now.....I am building a a style bike..

What weight oil do you recomend for a 180# rider with gear

Is this shock supposed to be nitrogen charged...If so how many PSI should I have my local shop charge it to?

Thanks for any/all help...
