The next time you have trouble changing your tire, try spraying some Armorall on the outer rim walls.
Some people suggest using water & dishwashing detergent, but that's never worked well for me (it doesn't stay where you need it and dissolves too quickly). With Armorall, the tire slides on and off incredibly easier (with the help of some tire irons of course). And plus, it leaves the tire looking real shiny.
