i bought/traded his klx 110 motor that he supposedly shipped on Oct 7, he has supposedly lost the tracking info, and doesn't like to reply to me. i paid him some money, and sent him a new pitster swinger and i have nothing. which i really shouldn't have done before i got his tracking, but he had good feedback so i figured it wasn't a big deal. and to add to this weirdness, i shipped the swingarm the oct 8 and he has already got it, he shipped parcel post which is guaranteed 5 business days, and i shipped fedex. so please someone tell me where any of this makes since. he swears he shipped it, but i have no tracking, and no motor. and like i said garanteed 5 days and it has been 8. so wtf is up with this BS!

he has just replied to me and says he is going to the post office to fix the issue and find out what the hell happened so once we figure this out, ill post back up.

im very sorry for not replying pm has been down for me( when i goto the site it says error 404??) for the swinger its not 100% new, it has a few scratches and what not, no adj screws as i saw in the pics, but thats ok no big deal. i will figure out what happened to the motor and if some thing has happend to it (lost/broken ect.) ill refund you your money, with no promblems. please be paceint with this issue.

Just wanted to chime in and say that Parcel post does not have a 5 business day guarantee. Priority mail doesn't even have a guarantee. Express is the only one with a guarantee or you get your money back.(granted it was shipped before a certain time) Priority is usually 2-3 days but may take up to 5 days if it's the holidays. Parcel is estimated around 4-7 days..10 if it's there's heavy mail traffic. My bet is it'll get there tomorrow. P.S. next time get the person's phone number if they won't reply to emails..and like he said PM has been down for like 2 days so there's no way he could reply to private messages.

yes i thought thye had a garuntee but no. but as you can see we are figuring it out, and as for the holiday, thats not the point, the point is i shipped after he did, and he has had mine all week long it only took it 2 days for mine to get there including holiday. but no big deal hes going to the post office today to get it figured out for me

ok, now this is ridiculous. he supposedly reshipped it on monday. and i still have NOTHING!!!it has been 5 more FULL business days. this is BS! stay away from him! he wants to send me my swinger back, that he has installed on his bike. that is no good, i just want my money plus the $150 for the swingarm.!!!

ya he did the same to me...my stroker kit took 4 weeks to get to me...he said it supposedly wasnt allowed to be shipped due to oil coming out. so he had to reship it...so ya it took 4wks HOWEVER once he went to USPS and "found" out it was shipped it took 5 days to get to me...he kept in contact with me though so I wasnt worried...

yea its a bunch of bs. thats the same thing he told me..."oh well i went down there and it leaked some oil from the overflow cause they had the motor upside down and i had to reship it, ill send u the tracking after work tomorrow"! yea well none of that ever happened, i havnt heard back from him, or got my motor and it has been 6 additional days added to this. i paid him on september 27. this is now october 22 and i dont have SH*T! i was cool with him till this sh*t happened. but no no responsed or motor and its been almost a month!

wow he put it in a SHI*TY box and the da*n thing fell out and broke... he wants to send the swinger abck no too, that i had other people interested in before this deal, and now i have to resell and am alos wayyyyy behind on finishing my bike!!! do not buy from him!!! he just BS's the entire time. i paid almost a month ago and now just now figure out i still dont get my d*mn motor...WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

nope never got it. yea i did open a disput but thats only $90 bucks, and then i gett the swinger back that i now have to try and resale.....SO IF ANYONE WANTS A BRAND NEW 2010 PITSTER SWINGARM FOR $150 SHIPPED LMK!!!
