Hey guys,

Title says it all. I’ve heard that possibly the xr200 kickstarter gear would fit in my 2006 CRF100F. I have a 136cc bore kit and trying to find a fix for the weak kickstarter gear on the 100. Any help or direction is greatly appreciated 👊

Probably not, for a variety of reasons. The 100 pinion gear is 27T while the 200 gear is 21T, making for a mismatch difference with the idler gear. You can also see the difference in the parts for each in the fiche diagrams below. The top diagram is the CRF100 assembly.
