do i have to re-jet for a pipe?

i have a 20mm sheng wey carb i got with my bbk and i was wondering if i have to rejet it for a fmf pipe? i was told it came jetted to run one but wasn't sure.

in theory you should always rejet when you change your intake/exhaust flow but see how it runs and if its not top notch then jet it.
