Here is my new build that I am using the KX65 front and rear wheels (They are a 10"/12" set up though but KX65 hubs). The rear disc brake just uses my A-style KX65 rear disc brake adapter kit as well as a steel tab that I weld to the swingarm. The front CR85 caliper is a bracket that I fab out of Steel and the spacers in the wheel reduce the ID to the 10mm axle of the KLX110 axle (Looks like a hat spacer that goes into the bearing. the front disc brake bracket uses the axle and the tab on the fork to lock the bracket in place allowing the caliper to be held steady while breaking).

I hear you on the cost of the CHP kit. But don't you have to move to a +4" rear swing arm when using a GPX front end? Longer swing arm also requires a different rear shock. Maybe the total cost of CHP vs GPX is really less.

I really like my stock height and wheelbase but I do need a front disk brake.

yea you do have to upgrade to a longer swinger.. i was just saying.. i had the full mod bike with gpx forks big bike style swinger and i loved having the disk brakes. i love the ride of a stock mod more than a full mod so i want the disk brakes.
