The 20mm carb will be slighly large for a stock CT70. Install an 88cc BBK and you'll have some good gains considering the CT70 head is a good one.

Is a 20mm carb and aftermarket pipe to much for a stock ct70?

Do the BB kits work good with the stock cam or should I go for the aftermarket cam too?

They will work fine with the stock CT70 cam, but you'll realize a ton more gains with the aftermarket cam. Just make sure you get the cam to match your head. If you have a 6v CT70, you'll need a non-rollerbearing cam.
