ct70 cylinder

Anyone know what the biggest piston I can fit into a Ct70 cylinder is. Im wondering if I can fit a 80cc piston somehow? Also I still have my stock z50 head, Should I get a ct70 head or just try and make mine work. I have a machinist as a sponsor and Im pretty sure he would help me. Any advice would be excellent! I also have a 18mm carb at the moment.
