ever since I had a scotts on my 954 4 yrs ago I been tryin to put one on my fiddy. I had a gixxer oem damper and an idea on how to mount it just didnt...its on my list for the current build though...the main problem I found was if I drop my bike the risk of it hitting the street and breaking was high...anyone actually done it???

IDK dude..just a generic Ohlins dampner...street use of course but you could mount it on.....use the active brain cell..........remember the early 2smoke twins that had dampners on them...my Kawi A7S had a dampner from the factory....a Scotts or GPR will work too but may be a bit much

Yeah, I'll likely have to fab some thing, but it's MAJOR crunch time. I was hoping some one had a link to a bolt-on setup, since the two bikes are several hundred miles apart, and need to be in a different location, rules-ready, in a few days. Wouldn't mind some test time, either, and the rider isn't excited aboot 10" tires and enough torque to pull 18/20 gearing without one.

ya but no where to weld on the crf...i planned on welding a bracket and then bolting it to the front tank bolt and using a fork mount from ohlins so it runs from the fork leg to the tank mount if u get that...but no one has a bolt on for minis

2010 Piranha/YX 160. -ish;) Same as all the YX150/160, Z155 regular and Ho, not too different from KLX110 setup it copies.

FWIW, I did put a Two Bros +3 arm on it, and slam it a bunch more for stability. Meet you at Maxton?
