I’m trying to build 108 stroker tb crank
I’m having issues fitting carb without hitting petcock and I have no clue what head I have I bought it used it has tb valves looks like a tb but has cdi cover (random) . Bike does run but there’s no way to keep the carb vertical I have to rotate it to fit can anyone show me what it should look like not sure if I have the correct intake manifold

Stock frame is your issue. I ran into this same issue. Tbolt sells a tank riser kit that will let you run it the correct way. I may have one still that I could sell.
