Hi, I am installing BBR dampening rods and the BBR front fork springs…in my Crf110 2016 What weight oil do I put in this when I’m done? And, how much do I fill it? I want the forks stiff. Thank you!!! All advice recommended!!!

Pro Honda Suspension Fluid SS-8 (10W)
FORK FLUID CAPACITY:
179:1: 2.5 em' (6.1 :I: 0.08 US OZ, 6.3:1: 0.09 Imp oz)

Also plan to do fork seals as well at the time and wondering how hard of a process that is. as for a rear shock is there a better one to go with then another?
