I can tell you, they can be made for less then 75.00. When I had an Excursion, I made a bunch of interior stuff out of carbon fiber (looked better then what the dealer was selling.) You just need some time (to make molds and polish) and a little skill- not much if I can do it. 
that'a probably take about 5 hours to do it all by hand start to finish and you can get different colors and different patterns of carbon fiber.
