Yes, the mounting spots are in the same areas so they will interchange if you would like them to.

If you put CRF plastics on a XR seat base, the rear fender will seem loose. If you look at the mounting you will see there is 2 holes that should go into your seat base. So drill 2 holes and find some extra screws and you should be set.
So basically yes they mount up perfect but you might want to add some support by adding 2 bolts.
