Off subject, but I'm from Macon also. I've been living in Athens for college.
The trail bikes billet manual clutch should hold up fine for that. My buddy has one set up on a tb 117 and its holding up fine with an irk. He is aonly a 140 lbs though. I have one also with no problems but that is on an 88 race motor with an irk. Its not a 106 but its pretty fast and im 190lbs
TB says that billet upgrade will hold up to a 124cc so i'd give that a go.
tried that it still grenades the clutch done that about 4 times and every time the friction plates shatter

LOL, never thought about doing that. I might have to give it a try. I'll be back in town for Christmas and I plan on ripping it up. Well as much as I can with a improperly jetted carb.... I'm waiting on a jet kit to get here.

20mm Sheng Wey/Walrbo. I'm running the 88cc BBK with the stock head and stock exhaust, but I shimmed the exhaust tip with a washer to help it breath a little better.

Definitively get back with on that if you can. That would be a huge help!

honestly if i was you i would get an 18mm carb with a stock head an 88cc kit thats what im running and it runs like a scalded dog but i also put a 15t sprcoket on the front and a 35T sprocket on the rear to give me longer gears but it still has the toque to ride wheelies

Yeah I considered that when I bought the 20mm from AHP. Everyone seems to be ok with the 20mm so that's why I went with it. If I can get this thing dialed I think I will be ok, it just wont have as much low end like 18mm carb would.
