cheaper to get a used case half off here...hit up Firepower354 he may have what ya need.
do you think the Chinese actually match the case halves???Blackwoodz said:DRATV sells cases but you are better off to buy a set instead on just one side.
well they may not but if you are going through all the trouble I sure as heck would.doopsx3 said:do you think the Chinese actually match the case halves???
just sayn...both of my SDG 107 upgrade kits only came with one side only.....could get out the dremel and make sure they are matched myself but if they do not seem to worry about it....I know for serious performance desires....blueprinting and balancing is a mustBlackwoodz said:well they may not but if you are going through all the trouble I sure as heck would.
yes same brand engine size will interchange no problems.doopsx3 said:do you think the Chinese actually match the case halves???
Kerndog3 said:Yes it's a SSR 110 motor....107cc Zongsen I believe....
And the problem is actually both a crack and a hole......It somehow sheered off the rear bolt that holds the stator cover on the left side of the motor....I'll try the JB weld or some silicone gasket material and keep an eye on it....
Throwing the (RK chains) chain has been a recurring problem with both of our bikes....(SSR 110's).....I constantly check and recheck the tension and alignment but for some reason they always get loose and then WHAM....they come off....We are not even jumping any jumps, just pretty much flat tracking it with lots of "S" turns and bowls....Any suggestions on what I might be overlooking......We've only had these bikes since Xmas and I beginning to think I made a mistake....Seems like most of the time I"m wrenching and replacing parts on the bikes as oppose to riding....
Thanks,
Kdog

Stomper said:dont use JBWELD, it's easy to fix, go see a TIG Welder, i could do it for around 20$.
You have to empty the oil. He will fill your case with a little argon, weld from outside.
Tig welding is like having a new case, far better than any glue.
